Question 1

What raw materials can Ruitu bromine extraction systems process?

Accepted Answer

Our bromine extraction systems are designed for seawater, bitter brine, salt lake brine, oilfield water, bromine-bearing industrial wastewater and concentrated brine from desalination plants. The process route is selected only after we review a laboratory analysis of your feed.

Question 2

Do you supply single machines or complete plants?

Accepted Answer

Both. We supply individual machines such as salt washers, roller crushers, dryers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and hot air furnaces, and we also deliver complete turnkey lines under an EPC contract.

Question 3

What is included in your EPC service?

Accepted Answer

Water quality testing, site selection support, process design, project launch preparation, equipment manufacturing and procurement, packing and shipping, installation and commissioning, operator training, finished product production guidance, and output buy-back or decommissioning support where agreed.

Question 4

Can your salt washing equipment produce food-grade salt?

Accepted Answer

Our salt washing machinery is used for both food-grade and chemical-grade salt. The achievable grade depends on the crude salt composition and the standard that applies in your market, so we design the washing, crushing, drying and screening stages around your target specification.

Question 5

How do you support overseas installation?

Accepted Answer

Our engineers can be dispatched to site for installation and commissioning, train your operators, and stay involved until the line produces finished product at the designed daily capacity.

Question 6

How do I start a project with Ruitu?

Accepted Answer

Send us your raw material analysis, target daily capacity, product specification and site information by email or phone. Our technicians will prepare a preliminary budget estimate and an economic benefit analysis based on your budget and expected output.
