Our pressure vessels, reactors, and lined tanks are engineered to EN 13445 and European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED Module H/H1 or Module G). We supply comprehensive welding documentation (WPS/PQR), EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, strength calculations, and collaborate with notified bodies (such as TÜV Rheinland or SGS) to facilitate smooth registration and approval with Poland's UDT inspectors prior to hot commissioning.
To resist full negative pressure (-0.1 MPa) at temperatures reaching up to 180°C, we employ positive mechanical retention architecture. This involves heavy carbon or stainless steel dove-tail ribs, perforated lock rings, and spot-welded expanded metal mesh embedded into the rear of the fluoropolymer liner. This mechanically bonds the PTFE to the outer steel shell, preventing collapse during thermal vacuum swings.
PTFE: Delivers broad chemical inertness and temperature resistance (-60°C to +200°C), making it suitable for strong oxidizers, wet halogens, and aggressive mineral acids.
PFA: Offers similar chemical resistance to PTFE but is melt-processable, allowing seamless lining of complex valve manifolds and reducing micro-permeation.
PO (Polyolefin) & PP (Polypropylene): Highly economical for ambient-to-moderate temperature systems (-20°C to +90°C), offering strong resistance to hydrochloric acid, abrasive slurries, and dilute alkaline streams.
Every piece of lined equipment undergoes a rigorous multi-stage quality protocol: 100% wetted area high-voltage spark testing (typically 15 kV to 25 kV depending on liner thickness) to confirm zero pinhole porosity; shell hydrostatic pressure testing up to 1.5x design pressure; liner wall thickness ultrasonic mapping; and helium vacuum testing upon customer specification. Full inspection folders are supplied prior to shipment.
Standard fabrication runs between 4 to 8 weeks depending on vessel capacity and valve customization. For urgent project schedules in Poland, cargo is dispatched via the China-Europe Railway Express (direct to the Małaszewice terminal) in 16–20 transit days. For heavy or out-of-gauge extraction columns, sea freight through the Port of Gdańsk or Gdynia is utilized with seaworthy export packing.
Yes. We manufacture to all major European and international flange norms including DIN EN 1092-1 (PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40) as well as ASME B16.5 (Class 150, Class 300). Custom face-to-face dimensions, instrument nozzles, and reducer configurations can be fabricated directly against your provided CAD layout or isometric schematics.
